At TMSA Apex, we prioritize the health and well-being of our students above all else.
We understand the importance of making informed decisions about sending your child to school, considering their health and well-being. To assist you in this process, we have developed a guideline below.
Please note that the more information we have about your child's health, the better prepared everyone will be to collaborate effectively on their behalf. So, keep us informed all the time!
Also inform teachers of any changes in home or work telephone numbers. If you are not able to pick your child up, list another adult as an emergency contact. Please be mindful that staff are not able to provide daycare/sick care, and you are required to have your student picked up in a timely manner. You cannot refuse to pick your child up from school.
Please Complete Online Absence Form each day your child will be out, and if necessary, submit a doctor's note upon the students return to school.
We DO NOT administer medication to students under any circumstances WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION. A parent note is not sufficient documentation; it must be from a doctor. This includes over the counter medications, such as, Tylenol, cough drops, allergy relief tablets, etc. You can find the form that needs to be signed by your doctor HERE.
