After-School Care

TMSA Apex will continue to be offering After-School Care for the 2024-2025 school year.


Here's what you need to know about the program, registration, and payment:


Program Details:

  • After-School Care will be available Monday through Friday, from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm on regular school days. Please refer to our school calendar for any early release days, as After-School Care will not be available on those days.

Registration and Cost:

  • The program is open to all TMSA Apex parents who register and make the necessary payment for the program. To register, please click HERE.
  • The program fee is $300 per month. Please note that there is a $50 fine for late payments.
  • The payment includes 5 days per week and will be prorated based on the number of weeks school is in session each month.
  • The fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted based on the days you plan to attend. 
  • Each payment is due monthly and for one student only.
  • Please be aware that if the number of registrations is less than 15, we might not be able to provide this service.  

How to Pay:

  • K12 Payment System (you can pay as guest, you do not need to sign up)
  • Please select North Carolina as your state and The Math and Science Academy of Apex as your district.
  • After logging in, please look for the link for that month to make your payment.

Attendance Notifications:

  • If your child will not be attending the program on any specific day, please inform us before 12:30 pm on the same day. You can do this by emailing Ms. Hamid at [email protected] and Mr. Erdogan at [email protected].

Program Highlights:

  • During their time at After-School Care, students will enjoy entertainment, physical activities, and receive instructional support from TMSA staff members.
  • Snacks will not be provided, so please pack snacks from home for your child to enjoy during the program.

Withdrawal from After-School Care Program:

  • If you no longer wish to utilize our after-care program, kindly inform us in writing at least 30 days in advance to remove your student from the roster.
  • Late notifications will require making the full payment for the upcoming month.

Pickup Procedure:

  • Only Parents/guardians can pick up students. They will need to show a photo ID at pickup for verification.
  • Students must be picked up by 6 pm. All student must be picked up until 6:10 pm at the latest.
