TMSA Apex uses ParentSquare as its primary "school-home" communications platform.
ParentSquare is an easy-to-use and efficient system designed to keep families well-informed and engaged in their children's learning and school activities. By using ParentSquare, we aim to foster a strong and transparent connection between the school and our families, facilitating seamless communication and involvement in your child's educational journey.
With ParentSquare, you will be able to:
- Receive all district, school, and classroom communication via email, text, or app,
- View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events,
- Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring item,
- Securely receive report cards, IEPs and other important student documents.
Activate Your Account:
A ParentSquare account is automatically generated for each parent after they have been registered in our student information system: PowerSchool. You receive an invitation email or text from us, containing a link that you can click to activate your ParentSquare account.
In order to avoid any issues, you MUST use the same email and phone number you used in PowerSchool. We recommend you check your contact information in PowerSchool before you sign up for ParentSquare. Then, use this information for a smooth sign-on experience between these two different platforms.
Please note that even if you have not registered your account with ParentSquare, you will receive school communications. However, you will need to register your account in order to participate in two-way communications and to access any confidential student-specific documents or forms.
